Contact forms

Contact forms are solely used for the purpose of making an introduction between our users and us (Celly Consulting LLC). Unfortunately, business cards and Rolodex’s are no longer a practical way to identify contact information. We use the data you provide in the same fashion, but through a computer. We may ask how you found us to help us understand where or where not our customers are coming from. This helps us make better business decisions, so that we can put more time and effort into our clients.

Who we share your data with

We use multiple third party tools to make our website look and perform better. The cookie policies for each of these tools varies. No personally identifiable information can be submitted through our website, unless you are filling out a form. Information on this can be found in the “Contact Forms” section above.

Contact form details are retained indefinitely. Usage and website analytics data are also held indefinitely, but does not contain any personally identifiable information.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

We care and respect your privacy. All collected data is stored within password-protected services. All personally identifiable information is located within cloud services, which are also password-protected. We do not store any personally identifiable information on hard drives or physical storage devices.

We do not collect any payment information via the website. We use a secure email service and secure website protocol (HTTPS) to best protect your information. Because we are not selling your data, nor asking for your payment information, impact on your personal data being shared is minimized.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

Currently, Celly Consulting does not use personally identifiable user data to influence automated decision making. If we choose to do this, our Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the full scale of those changes.
